How many cities is Homyspace in?
Although we are adding new cities weekly, we currently operate in more than 80 destinations, including most Spanish cities and others in Europe, Latin America, the US, and the Middle East. Contact us at hola@homyspace.com for availability in your destination.
Can Homyspace apartments be visited?
We operate in many cities and provide solutions for companies in all destinations. To keep management costs affordable, it is currently not possible to manage visits to all the apartments we rent.

  • However, in the dossier that companies receive with proposals, you'll find detailed information about the apartment, including photos, approximate location, price with included expenses, and the apartment's features.

  • We also offer secure check-ins, with a 24-hour period after arrival to notify us of any damages. After this 24-hour period, the owner receives the payment for the first month's reservation.

  • On the other hand, we cannot force the owner to show the apartment because we have already established a way of working with them, and they are in agreement.

How are Homyspace apartment prices set?
  • Prices are set by the apartment owners. Homyspace does not intervene in the rental prices.

What is the minimum and maximum time we can book with Homyspace?
  • We offer rentals starting from 15 or 31 days, depending on the city and always respecting local regulations.

  • Besides legal considerations, in cities where renting for less than 15 days is possible, we understand that we cannot offer a competitive price compared to a hotel. We say this openly because our commitment is to save time and money for companies that temporarily relocate workers.   • Although there is no maximum reservation time, companies we work with typically stay for less than 1 year. If you need to stay longer than a year, tell us your case at hola@homyspace.com

I know when we will arrive, but I don't know the exact departure date
  • In these cases, we recommend booking for the minimum time you are sure the relocation will last. For example, if you're unsure whether it will be 2 months or 2 and a half months, we recommend booking 2 months and renewing if necessary.

  • Nevertheless, if you foresee a renewal, we recommend notifying Homyspace as early as possible: 961 13 44 14 or via hola@homyspace.com to extend the stay in the same apartment without needing to move to another.

What is Homyspace's management fee?
  • The amount depends on the request's characteristics: area, number of people, etc. We understand that it is a competitive price suitable for companies' budgets and fair for the services we offer.

  • It is a one-time payment.

  • You only need to pay this amount if you book accommodation.

My company does not directly pay for accommodation, it is included in the employees' per diem, what can I do?

What do I do if I don't like the apartment upon arrival?
  • First, we need to know the reasons for the dissatisfaction and study them to provide a quick solution.

  • We can only take legal action if the apartment does not match the promised features, as this would be a contract violation. However, if it is a matter of personal preference, we cannot take legal action since it is not a violation.

What kind of contract is used for Homyspace apartments?
  • It is a fixed contract model that covers 90% of typical cases in this type of seasonal accommodation.

  • The contract is intended to be a written reflection of the agreements reached between both parties: the company and the owner.

What if I want to make changes to the rental contract?
  • In these cases, we recommend booking for the minimum time you are sure the relocation will last. For example, if you're unsure whether it will be 2 months or 2 and a half months, we recommend booking 2 months and renewing if necessary.

How is the rental contract signed?
  • We have a fixed contract model that covers 90% of typical cases in this type of seasonal accommodation.

  • The signature is done through a digital signature platform. You don't need to download any apps or anything like that. Simply, the contract will be sent to you by email, you open it, click 'view document,' and you can sign with your finger. It has full legal validity according to European regulations.

Why do I have to sign online with Homyspace and not in the traditional way?
  • At Homyspace, we act as intermediaries for companies from different cities and even countries. It's the most convenient, fastest option, and it adds the most value.

  • It's quicker, and more immediate than sending the contract by mail, printing it, signing it, and sending it back.



There is no need to download any application to use the Signaturit platform.
What happens if we have to leave the apartment before the contract ends?
  • We emphasize the binding nature of signing a contract and the obligation it imposes on the signing parties.

  • If it is agreed upon in a contract clause, it will also specify what the owner has the right to retain as a penalty for breach of contract.

What do I do if I want to renew the rental contract?
  • If you expect a renewal, we recommend informing Homyspace as early as possible: 961 13 44 14 or via hola@homyspace.com

  • First, we need to check the availability of the accommodation where you are currently staying. If it is available, an annex to the contract will be signed for the extension. Otherwise, we will try to relocate the company to another apartment with similar characteristics and conditions.

Do Homyspace apartments require a deposit?
  • The owners set the amount of the deposit and the payment method, which in any case, is refunded when the apartment is vacated in the same condition as it was entered.

  • According to the Urban Lease Law, owners can set the deposit at the equivalent of 2 monthly payments, so any amount below this represents an improvement for the company renting the apartment.

How are electricity, water, gas, etc. expenses paid?
  • Basic utilities are included in the price.

  • If other services such as wifi are included, they will be mentioned in the apartment's information and will also be included in the price.
